Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for available options.
Promotional and Discounted Orders
Orders placed during promotional campaigns, special sales, clearance events, or using discount codes may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
Everestop's Right to Cancel Orders
Everestop reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Payment authorization failure
- Shipping restrictions
If Everestop cancels an order, customers will receive a full refund.
