At Everestop, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (JST) will be shipped within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (JST) will be shipped within 2 business days.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• Sundays and Japanese public holidays are non-business days.

Please Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

Important Notes

• Free shipping is calculated based on the original order total before discounts or points are applied.
• Refrigerated and Frozen products are shipped using Cool Courier Service.
• If your order contains products requiring different temperature zones, they may be shipped separately.
• Delivery dates may differ slightly when multiple packages are sent.

Okinawa & Remote Islands

• Free shipping is not available for Okinawa Prefecture.
• Orders to Okinawa and certain remote islands can only be shipped using Normal Temperature Delivery.
• Refrigerated and Frozen delivery services are unavailable in some remote areas. If delivery is not possible, the affected items or order may be canceled and refunded.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
