Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.
  • The product packaging is significantly damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the situation.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, Everestop will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Refund Exceptions

Everestop reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • The return request falls outside the allowed return period.
  • The product has been used, opened, or altered.
  • Insufficient proof of purchase is provided.
